The dogs are brought out one by one. Each family has time to greet, take pictures and visit their dog for a few minutes before the next is brought out. By the time Panga came out, Kasen was extremely loud and overwhelmed. Levi, however, was amazingly calm.
Kasen was not thrilled with Panga's slobbering when she ate the treats out of his hand and Levi would only feed her treats by using my hand.
Kasen was a bit upset that Panga will not be coming back to the hotel with us until Wednesday evening.
After the morning session was over, I ran the boys and Chris back to the hotel and went back to 4 Paws for the afternoon session. During this session, we worked on "sit", "free", and "down. Panga does really well listening. She is learning to recognize my voice as her handler so I had to give the command twice a few times, but she was calm and responded well. I had a hard time putting her back in her kennel to leave for the day. Kasen's not the only one who wants to bring her back with us. :) Tomorrow is day 2 and the boys do not need to be there so they will stay at the hotel. They will be involved when we work on tracking and tethering in a few days.
After I got back to the hotel, we took the boys to the hotel next door to swim. Levi had a blast but was done and ready to leave after about 30 minutes.
